Bradley beats Pacquiao by split decision

Bradley shocked the world by eking out a split decision over Manny Pacquiao, outpointing the Filipino boxer in their 12-round world title fight in Las Vegas, Nevada.

One judge gave Pacquiao 115-113, but the other two scored it the same, but for Bradley.

According to Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix, it was a confusing result, as post-fight numbers showed Pacquiao landed 39% of his power shots (190/493) compared to just 28% by Bradley (108/390).

The loss was Pacquiao’s first in 12 years--4 defeats against 54 wins and 2 draws--while Bradley improved his record to 29 wins, 0 defeat and 1 no contest.
